Is this Legal? Will it cause me to get banned?
High Ping Buster does not modify or change any game client configuration so you are safe from being called a hacker / exploiter! Nobody has been banned by using this. Our servers are merely a middleman using SSH technology and which helps facilitate internet traffic for faster lower ping between you and the destination game server. It's not cheating and thousands of people use it everyday to game.

Does High Ping Buster support my country?
Yes, High Ping Buster will work for anyone around the World, our servers are hosted in various parts of America, Asia and Europe and they have excellent connectivity to the WOW servers and many others!

Can I test it before I subscribe?
Yes you can! Upon signing up, your account is automatically enabled on our servers. You can then proceed to login to test our service. Trial accounts are set to disconnect automatically after 30 minutes upon login.

What software should I use? It is safe?
We wrote our own software to reduce the hassle of configuring various 3rd party software. And we love it! It is just simple and easy to use. And it just works! However, if you'd like to use your own software with our service, we still offer legacy support for Proxifer at this moment.

Which server should I use?
Generally, the best server to use would be the server that is nearest to your destination server. For example, if you play on Blackrock (USA) for World of Warcraft. You are better off using a Los Angeles server for optimal connectivity.

How much does it cost?
Our service costs $6 USD if you purchase 30 days, and we give you $1 discount if you purchase 90 days.

What payment modes do you accept?
Internationally, payments from Paypal and Credit Cards are accepted. Alternatively, you can purchase top-up pin codes from from retail shops and online stalls which usually offer a wider variety of payment methods.

Is my game account and password secure?
All game data traffic between you and our server is encrypted via SSH. On top of all that, all our servers also have a firewall in place to prevent any kind of intrusion from outside.

Do you support Mac users?
Yes. We recommend users to use WoW2GO for hassle free setup! However we do have alternatives for those slightly more technically inclined as well. Unfortunately, there is no free software available for Mac users at this point in time.

Do you support simultaneous logins?
No. Logging into a server while still connected to another server will result in the previous connection being disconnected automatically.

Why does my lag shoot up instead of going down?
The way some game client works is that it caters and allows for playability with minimal bandwidth throughput. Meaning even if your connection is slow or unstable, you will still be able to play despite the bad ping. However the downside is that even if your net is good, your ping might still be bad. High Ping Buster works in the opposite way. It doubles your bandwidth throughput in exchange for good ping. And that also means that if your connection is bad or you have a routing issue at the moment, your ping will become even worse than without it. Because you are unable to sustain the bandwidth requirements for High Ping Buster to produce lowered ping. Most of the time when this occurs, it is usually due to ISP or connection problems. And in this case we recommend you to test out other servers we have find one that suites the best routing.

Another possibility that we often find is that certain number crunching mods are taxing on the game client and system. With High Ping Buster, the mod has to work extra hard to parse all the extra data coming in and thus results in an "overflow" causing users to disconnect from the game and be booted to the character selection screen. In cases like this, we suggest for our users to disable all mods and enable them 1 by 1 to determine the mod that is causing this.
