Which servers do I pick?

We utilize a wide variety of servers hosted over various parts of the world to bring you the best connectivity. Servers with the same Area and Network Number belong to the same Datacentre therefore using either one from the same cluster will yield similar ping results.

Generally it is best to use one of our servers that is nearest to your game server and not to you. For example, if you are from Singapore and playing World of Warcraft on one of their LA Battlegroups like Blackrock, it will be better to use one of the Los Angeles Network servers for the best ping performance, if you play Aion USA, picking either our Texas/Dallas or New York servers will give the best performance.

If you play on an Asian server, then generally our Singapore or Malaysia servers will give the best performance and so on.

For World of Warcraft players, there is a Website which you can visit to find out where your server is for both US and EU servers.

European realms are hosted for Blizzard Games in several datacenters across Europe. They are located in:

* Frankfurt, Germany
* Paris, France
* Stockholm, Sweden

All of the Europe servers are near each other so we have found that using any of our Europe servers will give you the best performance. USA servers are a little more complicated due to differences in latency that can arise from the infrastructural differences.
